Carna Zacharias-Miller | | EFT INTENSIVE: 4 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Consecutive Wednesday evenings (8 p.m. Eastern time), on May 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2008.
4 weekly, small group classes (60 min. each, first class 90 min). 5 to 7 participants
The following topics will be covered:
1. Negative body image
2. Food cravings and harmful eating habits
3. Emotional issues
4. Positive intentions and affirmations, transforming "bad" into good energy
We will do active "tapping" (EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques) in every class, using different techniques that will stay with you. However, this is not a "Lose xxx pounds in 4 weeks" deal. Although some weight loss can happen right away, this class is a) designed to work on the complexity of the issue, and b) educational in nature, means you will learn how to continue the work on your own.
