It's amazing how people say "try" and DO NOT get anything accomplished. It is almost a dead give away as to a person's level of desire. Without focus and persistence, you may as well be someone"s employee!

My blunt honest opinion is you won't have any success until you got off the fence and actually DO something. I think in order to be a leader you need to be able to make decisions, and whether it is do or not do. Pick one.
